Guo Weiyang and Sui Lu surpassed qualification leaders Teng Haibin and Jiang Yuyuan to win the Chinese Championships Saturday in Hunan province. Guo, who has been on China's B-team for the past few years, topped newcomer Liao Qiuhua, who took second, as well as Tong Yingjie and Lu Bo, who tied for third. Sui, the reigning World bronze medalist on floor exercise, debuted a new routine on that event and overtook Jiang during the last rotation....

Kamerin Moore recovering from injuries, thinking ahead to 2011

After two years away from competition due to injuries in her shoulder and hip, Kamerin Moore is anticipating a return to elite competition, hopefully early next year. Moore, 14, underwent surgery for a torn labrum in her left shoulder in July 2009. In January 2010, doctors implanted two screws in her right hip, which were surgically removed in June.
